THE HIDDEN DRAMA:
To the right of the singer, piano player you will notice that the sidewalk is all wet.  Well some joker on the sixth floor above the bar was dumping a big bucket of water from his bedroom window right on the heads of unsuspecting people below.  It happened three or four times while I watched.  I do not know if he was upset about the loud music, just a local jokester or it if it was part of the ‘show’ to entertain people walking by on the street.  The location was the neighborhood by the Paris International Hostel which is not far from the main train station.  I was shocked and surprised when the first person got a bucket of water on their head, just walking around on Saturday evening.  In the second short video that follows, you can see the guy in the white navy hat by the green door trying to lure unsuspecting people on to the ‘wash rack area’.   Unfortunately, I did not get any of the surprise rain showers on video.  Oh, well.   Se la vi…
